Obituary
Lana Sue Greer Age 60
With great sadness, the family of Lana Sue Greer announces her passing after battling a long illness, on Saturday, June 19th, 2010, at the age of 60. Lana was a voracious reader and strong supporter of the Green Forest Library. She was blessed with many talents. She could grow roses from a rock garden, cook a meal to make your mouth water, mind a successful business, decorate with flair, cross stitch a sampler, sew up a storm, and clean a house within an inch of its life, all the while, keeping a loving and watchful eye on busy grandkids. She also enjoyed genealogy, crossword puzzles, and "long drives" with best friends. She will be forever in the hearts of her loving family: husband Philip, daughter and son-in-law Kerri and Matt Breece, son and daughter-in-law Eric and Kelly Greer, brother and sister-in-law Steve and Peggy Vowell, and grandchildren Dillon and Sophie Greer, Jackson Breece, and Dylan Worley. Lana was preceded in death by her mother and father "Red" and "Tunie" Vowell.
