According to the Bull Shoals Reservoir Cemetery Relocation list he was originally buried in the Wildcat Cemetery in plots 327 & 328. Next of kin is listed as S. R. & W. M. Osborn, sons, of Flippin, Arkansas. His leg was amputated and buried in plot 327 in the Wildcat Cemetery. When he died he was reunited with it is plot 328.
