Homer H. Taylor, 81, of Monroe, LA, died Sunday, January 15, 2006, at Cornerstone Hospital in West Monroe, LA. Born September 6, 1924, in Morrilton to Ervin N. and Flossie Voss Taylor, he was a retired oil field worker, a U. S. Army veteran of World War II and a Baptist. He was a former resident of Lake Village.
Survivors include two brothers, William Taylor of Crossett and Keith Taylor of Eudora; and one sister, Margaret Ann Patrick of Snyder. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Sharon Taylor.
Grave side services were held Tuesday, January 16, at 11 a.m. at Parkdale Cemetery with Rev. Bud O'Neal officiating. Bishop Funeral Home of lake Village was in charge of arrangements.
