Died October 26, 1998, Izard County, Arkansas.
Daughter of Arthur & Elizabeth Owens Trader.
Married Lewis Ethan Huffman, Jr. June 9, 1948 in Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas.
White River Currant, Calico Rock, Arkansas:
Alice L. Huffman of Oxford, daughter of the late Arthur and Elizabeth Owens Trader was born June 17, 1930 at Muncie, Kansas. She died October 26, 1998. She was 68.
Mrs. Huffman was united in marriage to Lewis Ethan Huffman, Jr. June 9, 1948 in Kansas City, Kansas. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Karen Diane King of Fort Worth, Texas and Sharon Lynn Barnes of Wideman; three sons, Ronnie Ray Huffman of Hollister, Missouri, Garry Mark Huffman of Salem and Larry Eugene Huffman of Oxford; one sister Marie Pemberton of Colorado Springs, Colorado; one brother Marvin Trader of Easton, Kansas; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands and one brother.
Graveside services were held October 28, 1998 at Violet Hill Cemetery with Brother Charles Carpenter officiating.
Arrangements were under the direction of Howard Funeral Home in Melbourne.
