Mrs. Gladys Hannegan, 49, of Hampton died in a local hospital Tuesday following injuries suffered last week. Mrs. Hannegan was the widow of Joe T. Hannegan of Hampton. She was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church. Mrs. Hannegan was injured and her husband killed when they attempted to cross Highway 167 at their home south, of Hampton. Survivors include one son, Jerry D. Hannegan of El Dorado, her father, Albert Thomason of Hampton, one sister, Mrs. Fred Anders of Pasadena, Tex., three brothers, Travis Thomason of Mauldin, Mo., Curtis Thomas of St. Louis, Mo. and Otto Thomason of Harrell; and three granddaughters. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Antioch Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Pickens Cemetery under the direction of Pratt Funeral Home.
