Larry Palmer 60, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away December 5, 2010 at the Circle of Life Hospice Home in Springdale.
He was born January 10, 1950 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, the son of Leo F. Palmer and Audra M. Hobbs Palmer.

Larry grew up in Harrison, Arkansas, where he graduated high school in 1968 and was a member of the Harrison High School basketball team, which won a state championship in 1967. He attended Arkansas State University where became an avid duck hunter and guide. He was a member of the Arkansas Officials Association and was a longtime referee for high school and college football, basketball and baseball games. He enjoyed golf and was a member of the Springdale Country Club. He was a member of the Fayetteville Elks Lodge. He was employed by Central Mortar and Grout of Rogers, Arkansas where he worked in sales.
