McCAMPBELL, Samuel S. – Mrs. Maranda K. McCampbell, widow of Samuel S. McCampbell, who died August 25, 1892, filed Widow Application #14027 with the Confederate Pension Board of Washington County for a Confederate pension and it was received as allowed August 30, 1901 at the State, citing her husband’s service with the Tennessee Artillery from 1862 thru 1864.
