Elder Earl Benson Lewis died on March 28, 2010, at Salem Place Nursing Home in Conway, Arkansas He was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 9, 1937. He is preceded in death by his father, John Benjamin Lewis, mother Nancy Mae, son Lauis Earl Lewis, and daughter Dawn Alice Lewis Baird Cox.
He is survived by two sisters, Vivian of Florida and Barbara of Michigan, two daughters, Nancy Ellen Reeves of Spring Hill and Robbin Jean and husband Mackie Land of Conway, three sons James Benson Lewis and wife Donna of Enola, Denton Henry Lewis and wife Cathy of Conway, and John Alien Brock and wife Twana of Manchester, Tennessee. Also, 21 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends he loved dearly. (Also, he is survived by his family at Salem Place.
