Arlie H. McCoy was born on 6 May 1904 in Illinois and died on 29 Mar 1983 in Weiner, Poinsett Co., Arkansas. He was the son of Thomas Marion McCoy (1875- ) and Ida May CRAMER (1874-1929).
His siblings included (spelling may be off on a few of these children): Lennie O. (1899- ), Ivy M. (1901- ), Ethel W. (1903- ), Samuel Dallas (1907- ), and Ralph McCoy (1910- ).
Arlie married Nora Irene LINN (1903-1986) on 21 May 1924 in Weiner. They had two children: Jack E. McCoy (1921-1993) and Viola Nadine 'Blondie' McCoy (1925-1993).
Arlie, his parents and siblings were living in West Prairie, Poinsett Co., Arkansas on the 1910 census, but moved back to Illinois by the time of the 1920 census when they are found on the Grandville, Jasper Co., Illinois census.
Arlie came back to Poinsett County by 21 May 1924 when he married Nora, but they have moved to Lowell, Conchise, Arizona by the time of the 1930 census. At some point, Arlie and Nora moved back to Arkansas where Arlie died in Weiner on 29 Mar 1983.
