CONCORD - David Eugene Collins, 37, of Concord, died today, Sept. 19, 2003, in a Batesville hospital.Born Aug. 19,1966, in Hemand, Ind., he was the son of Sonny and Lois Foster Collins. He was a retired truck driver, a member of the National Rifle Association and a member of the Concord Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Fuller Collins; a son, Tim Fuller of Concord; four daughters, Tiffany Tate, Melissa Collins, Karri Fuller and Jessica Holt, all of Concord; his father of Banner; his mother of Concord; a brother, Bob Collins of Ohio; a sister, Karen Hall of Concord; a granddaughter, Nathalie Tate of Ward, and several nieces and nephews.The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Charles Jameson officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m
