Jeff Couch, 78, a resident of Junction City, died Tuesday in an El Dorado hospital. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Grace Couch; four daughters, Mrs. Nell McClellan of North Little Rock, Mrs. Jean Young of W. Monroe, La., Mrs. Doris Hollis and Mrs. Margaret Rea, both of El Dorado; five sons, James Couch of Richmond, Wash, Harry Couch of Kennewick, Wash., Ray Couch of Redondo Beach, Calif., Tommy Couch of Fresno, Calif., Bennie Couch of Searcy, Ark.; 31 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are pending the arrival of out-of-state relatives. The family is at the home of Mrs. Margaret Rea in El Dorado. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the First Methodist Church in Junction City with the Rev. D. R. McCalley officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery in Junction City under direction of Bailey Funeral Home of Junction City. Pallbearers will be Lee Cheatham, Pat Lusby, Arthur Lowery, Buddy Couch, Donaghey Adams and A. R. Aycock. The body will be moved to the church at 1 p.m. Thursday. (El Dorado Times - April 10, 1968)
