BURNETT, Caroline - {from Blewford} On last Saturday morning, Dec. 4, about 7 o'clock, the death messenger came to the home of A. Burnett and took from him his loving companion, Mrs. Caroline Burnett, leaving the family lonely and much bereaved. Mrs. Burnett was a loving companion, a kind mother, a good neighbor and a noble generous hearted christian. Her kindred has the sympathy of all who know them. The remains were laid to rest in the White Oak cemetery. The funeral was conducted by Elders Osburn, Cowan and Hudson. Their son, Jim, came in on Sunday night but was too late to see his mother. Mrs. Burnett's mother and sister left for their home this morning.
