Dale A. Ward, 86, of Fayetteville died Jan. 7, 1995, at a Fayetteville hospital. He was born June 23, 1908, at Knox City, Texas, to John William and Docia Hewitt Ward. He was a retired mechanic with McClinton Anchor and a member of Wiggins United Methodist Church in Fayetteville. He moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1958 from Whittier, Calif.

Survivors include his wife, Fay Henson Ward of the home; one son, Stephen Dale Ward of Farmington; one daughter, Karen Sue Neff of Fayetteville; one brother, Olie Ward of Mena; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Nelson's Funeral Home in Fayetteville with the Rev. Joe Hall officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

FAYETTEVLLLE — Fay Athena Ward, 78, of Fayetteville died April 23, 2002, at Fayetteville. She was born July 7, 1923, in Webbers Falls, Okla., to Royce Babers and Mable Henson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Karen Neff of Fayetteville; one son, Steve Ward of Farmington; three grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Nelson's Funeral Home in Fayetteville with the Rev. Joe Hall officiating.

Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 212 Natural Resource Drive, Little Rock, 72205.
