Susan was first married to a Mr. Bradford and had a son, Lee Bradford (b. 1889, AL). She married Johnson McAlexander "Mack" Ratliff in ca. 1893.
In April 1930 Mack (67) was enumerated as a widower residing in the home of his step-son, Lee Bradford; thus, Susan's death occurred prior to that time. Perhaps the year should be 1924 rather than 1954 as shown on the gravestone.
