Gracie G. Vaughn was the daughter of William 'Will' & Mary S. (Snow) Vaughn. Gracie's grave was one of the few graves that her mother, Mary, would in the days before plastic and silk flowers, make crepe paper flowers for and take them to her grave on decoration day in June every year. For the rest of her life, Mary, would talk of the baby girl that she lost all those years ago. She never got over the loss of her little girl. A lock of Gracie's golden hair is still to this day in the Snow family Bible.
