Henry Clay Hightower, 76 of Violet Hill, died in a Batesville hospital Monday. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Violet Hill cemetery by the Rev. F. J. Light of Mountain Grove, Mo. He is survived by his wife, four daughters, Mrs. G. D. Shoemaker of Kansas City, Kan., Mrs. T. O. Black of Violet Hill, Mrs. H. R. Waggoner of Mount Carmel, Ill., and Mrs. Charley Dillard of Leeton, Mo.: two sons, Jewel of Melbourne and Floy Hightower of Brockwell and a sister Mrs. J. P. Sharp of Bono.
