Died December 16, 1929, Violet Hill, Izard County, Arkansas.
Son of Jesse R. & Nancy Moore Beaver.
Married Mary Elizabeth McCuistion.
Melbourne Times, Melbourne, Arkansas, January 2, 1930:
The death angel visited our home last Monday morning, December 16, 1929 and took from us our loving father. It was hard for us to give him up, but God knows best. He was 78 years, 2 months and 1 day old. He was married to Miss Elizabeth McChristian in his early life. To this union ten children were born, eight living and two dead. Mrs. Attie Blevins, Mrs. Iris Clift, Mrs. Cora Campbell, Mrs. Grace Blevins, Mrs. C. H. Carter, all of Violet Hill and Mrs. A. J. Burns of Franklin, Mrs. N. T. Williams of Cotter and Mrs. A. W. Smith of Calico Rock. Those dead are Mrs. Edith Carter and an infant son. He was converted at the age of 19 years and joined the Missionary Baptist Church at Lunenburg. He believed that doctrine of the Baptist Church. He was laid to rest in the Violet Hill cemetery December 17th in the presence of a large congregation. His wife died about 4 years ago.

Thomas Hix Shadrach Beaver was the son of Eldr. Jesse R. Beaver (1820-1885)and Nancy Moore (1813-1885). He married Mary Elizabeth McCuistion and they had the following children: Attie Valentine Beaver Blevins, Julia A. Beaver Burns, Iris May Elizabeth Beaver Clift, Nancy Theodocia Beaver Williams, Cora Hope Beaver Campbell, Grace Truman Beaver Blevins, Edith Magnolia Beaver Carter, Jeffie Eunice Beaver Smith,Alma Consula "Jo" Beaver Carter, and one Un-named Infant Son.
