Walter Gaston Funeral Today At Franklin
Walter A. Gaston, 88 years of age, passed away at the hospital in Mountain View Monday, November 12.
Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at the Baptist Church in Franklin, at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Rufe Robins of Ash Flat conducting.
Interment will be made in the Fairview Cemetery under the direction of McCallum Funeral Home of Melbourne.
Mr. Gaston was born at Bethesda on November 12, 1874. He is survived by a brother, Loan Gaston of Franklin, a daughter, Mrs. Gladys Batterton of Franklin and four sons, Roy and Rayburn Gaston of Monitor, Wash.; Harry Gaston of Wenatchee and Von Gaston of Franklin; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
