Obituary from The Villager Journal, Cherokee Village, Arkansas, June 10, 2003:
Retha W. Causey, 90, of Wiseman died May 27, 2003, at Community Medical Center in Calico Rock.
Born Sept. 6, 1912, in Franklin, she was the daughter of Richard and Nancy T. Beaver Williams. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Horseshoe Bend.
Survivors include a daughter, Susan Causey of Wiseman; two brothers--Roger Williams of Bruceton, Tenn., and Thomas W. Williams of Ash Flat; two sisters--Rubyneal Rooker of Plantersville, Miss., and Geraldine Stanford of Bartlett, Tenn.; 13 nieces; and eight nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; Earl, and four sisters.
The funeral was May 30 at First Baptist Church of Horseshoe Bend with Jack Auten officiating. Burial followed in Violet Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Horseshoe Bend.
Note: Their daughter Susan M. Causey is included on the triple gravestone with Ernest Earl & Retha Williams Causey.
