Mrs. Tommie Keck, wife of Sid Keck, died at the hospital in Fayetteville last Sunday and was brought to this place for burial Monday, but on account of arriving late in the evening, the body was taken to the home of Chas. L. McElhaney for the night. The burial was about noon Tuesday, the funeral service being conducted by Chas. L. McElhaney. Mrs. Keck was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John R. Rose of this place. She leaves her husband and a thirteen year old son, her father and mother, three brothers and one sister. Mrs. Keck professed a hope in Christ several years ago, and was a member of the Christian Union church at this place.
