Bobby Dean Birkes, 68, of Lincoln died Saturday, Dec 2, 2006, in Pea Ridge.
He was born Jan 31, 1938 in Siloam Springs to Robert Lee and Paulena Faye Anderson Birkes. He was a member if the New Life Visions Worship Center of Prairie Grove and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving at the Berlin Blockade.
Survivors include his wife, Jane Birkes of the home; three sons, Robert Birkes of Farmington, Henry Birkes of Riverside Calif., and Deon Birkes of Lincoln; a daughter, Cheryle Cooper of Lincoln; a sister, Ira Lee Brindle of Siloam Springs; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 4:30 – 6 p.m. today at Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at New Life Vision Worship Center in Prairie Grove with Dee Bartholomew officiating. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Colby Hall, Joe Tuell, Joe Asher, Shawn Fidler, Kelly Burns and Mike Burdge.
