Rites Yesterday
For Millie McGee

Funeral services were conducted yesterday afternoon at the West Side Landmark Baptist Church of Mountain Home for Mrs. Millie Emaline McGee, 72, of LaPorte, Tex., a former resident of Baxter county who died Saturday at Pasadena, Tex.

Bro. Isaac Marler was the officiating minister. Interment was in the Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery, on State Highway 126, under the direction of the McClure Service.

Survivors include her husband, William Henry McGee of LaPorte; a daughter, Mrs. Ila Jean Olson of Seabrook, Tex.; a sister, Mrs. Ida Stafford of Yuba City, Calif.; two grandchildren; three nieces and three nephews.

The daughter of Luke Marler and Francis Carson Marler, Mrs. McGee was born Dec. 18, 1897, in Baxter County and lived here until 1924. She was married April 6, 1917.

Pallbearers were Bobby Gene Carson, Dean Franks, Rudolph Marler, Leon Marler, Freddie Crownover and Dale Crownover.
