Mr. Lawrence Charles Dontenville Jr., 70, of Benton, died on Saturday October 20, 2006, after a lengthy illness. He was born in New York on June 10, 1936, and worked as a draftsman until he retired. He is survived by his wife Gail Dontenville, 2 step-sons, Sean Dyer and wife Venessa of Parker, Colorado, and Christian Dyer, and wife Dustin of Benton, Arkansas. 1 daughter Denise Stires and husband Jeff of Conway. 1 half brother Paul Dontenville and wife Theresa of E. Amherst, New York. 1 sister Patricia Camajani of Harrison Arkansas, and 1 half sister Karen Capela and husband Stan of Staten Island, New York. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Monday October 23, 2006 at 2 PM, at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Ross Harris officiating. Burial will follow at New Rosemont Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and close friends.
