Katherine Susan Johnson Shaffer, 46, of Ozark, Arkansas died Tuesday, July 19, 2005, in Ozark. She was born April 30, 1959 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She was a teacher for Arkansas Tech Univeristy Ozark Campus, secretary for Ozark Athletic Advisory Commettee; member of Ozark First United Methodist Church where she was the children's choir coordinator, VBS coordinator, nursey chairmain; PPR chairman; Sunday School teacher; Sunday school superintendent; education chairman, Acolyte Coordinator, Children's committee chairman and member of Beta Sigma Phi.
She is survived by her husband David; a son; and ;mother and stepfather Darla and Hubert; stepmother, Shirley; mother and father-in-law; sisters and their husbands and children. brothers and sisters-in-law and their children.
