This gravestone is located in the edge of the woods leaning against a tree. Two gravestones are located in this area accross the road south of Butler Cemetery. The other gravestone is Seaborn W. Martun.
Jacob V. Hewitt's gravestone was weathered unreadable. It was necessary to make a rubbing and photograph the rubbing.
