Mrs. Jackson Eoff
Mrs. Nancy Potts Eoff, widow of Andrew Jackson Eoff and for a long life time an honored resident of this county, passed away Monday, Dec. 30th at the age of 80 years. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anne Potts, pioneer settlers of south Boone and was born May 9, 1860 and passed her life here.
She is survived by one son Clint Eoff of Bellefonte, four daughters, Mesdames Hugh Farris and Louis Young of Harrison, Berry Young of Bellefonte and A.N. Phipps of Rogersville, Mo.; also a sister, Mrs. Ida Jarrett of Allen, Okla.; and two brothers, L.M. Potts of Lubbock, Texas.
The funeral service was held at the Christeson Funeral Home on Tuesday afternoon by Rev. W.T. Nicholson and internment made in the Holmes cemetery.
