Mrs. Dorothy Mae Skiver Johnson, age 83, of Mountain Home, passed away Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009 at Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House. She was born Feb. 12, 1925 in Norfork, Arkansas to Henry M. and Donna Grant Baker. She married Junior Boyd Skiver on Aug. 18, 1946 and he preceded her in death on Nov. 4, 1979. She later married Delbert Johnson on Sept. 12, 1993.
A longtime member of the Mountain Home Church of Christ, church and family were her main interests.
Survivors include her husband, Delbert Johnson of Mountain Home. A son, Larry and wife Karen Skiver of Mountain Home. Three grandchildren: Curtis Boyd Skiver, Holly Renae Vincent, both of Mountain Home, Donnie Bean of Bakersfield, MO; 5 great-grandchildren: Brookelyn Skiver, Miranda McKee, Austin Vincent, Olivia Mason and Max Bean.
