JONESBORO — Junior Foster, 75, of Jonesboro died June 1, 2009, at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 13, 1933, at Pitts. He belonged to Red Doors Baptist Church in Mountain View and was a Korean War Army Veteran. He retired from Northwest Steel and Wire Co. in Sterling, Ill.
Survivors include his wife, Eunice Foster; son, Tommy Foster; granddaughters, Darcy Foster and Nikky (Aaron) Cope; brother, Avalon Foster; sisters, Emma Javis and Maggie (Frank) Maurer.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 this afternoon in Levisy Flat Cemetery at Mountain View.
