Mr. Harold “Dean” Hoke, age 68 of Salesville passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House. Dean was born June 27, 1939 in Topeka Kansas. His parents were the late Kenneth and Geraldine Hoke. He married Marilyn Kay Kostka on June 14, 1991 in Mountain Home. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and retired from Micro-Plastics in Flippin. He was a member of Moose Lodge #1953 in Mountain Home.
Dean Hoke is survived by his wife Marilyn of the home; stepson, Stephen (Gina) Stockfisch of Mountain Home; 2 grandchildren: Brett and Bailey Stockfisch; 3 aunts: Betty Morrow of Bull Shoals, Goldie Bowlin of Denver, CO , and Mabel Shue of China Grove, NC; cousin Jeff (Jamie) Morrow of Flippin, and brother-in-law Gary (Sherrye) Kostka of Concord, NC. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son, Michael Hoke, and 1 brother, William Hoke.
