LOWELL — Kelsi Paige Elkins, infant daughter of Craig and Karol Eldins of Lowell, died Feb. 7, 2002, at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock. She was born Dec. 27, 2001, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers.
She is survived by her parents of the home; maternal grandparents, Eddie and Lorraine Kinzer of Prairie Grove; paternal grandparents, Sharron Elkins and Terry Elkins, both of Fayetteville; maternal great-grandmother, Theresa Eubanks of Springdale; paternal great-grandparents, Ira and Irene Matthews of Farmington.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at North Street Church of Christ in Fayetteville with John Gay officiating.
Private burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens under the direction of Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville.
Visitation will be from l to 5 p.m Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations maybe made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, 800 Marshall Ave., Little Rock, 72202, or Ronald McDonald House, 1009 Wolfe St., Little Rock, 72202.
