Mrs. Ida Johnson Ballard, 80, of 695 Oliver St., died at her home this morning following a brief illness. She was born March 18, 1885, in Washington County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Johnson. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Business and Professional Women's Club.
Surviving are a son, John F. Ballard of Fayetteville; a brother, Frank Johnson of Parsons, Kans.; a sister, Mrs. Charles Batiff of Prairie Grove and two grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Nelson's Funeral Home.
