Hobson Rushing Wynn, 74, of Route 2, Mt. Home, a retired farmer, and a native of Baxter County, died Friday at the Baxter General Hospital.
The son of Thomas Leroy Wynn and Eliza Thomas Wynn, he was born March 22, 1899, at Big Flat. He was married to the former Lula May Acklin, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include three sons, Decil C. Wynn of Mt. Home, Leroy K. Wynn of Osage, OK and Howard Wynn, whose address is unknown; two daughters, Mrs. Earlene Martin of Mt. Home and Mrs. Jackie Daniel of Dowagiac, MI; a brother, Ralph Wynn of California; a sister , Mrs. Willie Wisley of Florida; and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at the Roller Chapel with Rev. Paul Hill and Rev Paul Huskey officiating. Interment was in the Galatia Cemetery under the direction of the Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Willy Branscum, E.J. Harris, Jewel Harris, L.B. Crosswhite, Roger Trimble, and Kenneth Martin.

In the obituary in last week's Baxter Bulletin, it was stated that clergy officiating at the funeral August 14, of Hobson Wynn, were Rev Paul Huskey and Rev Paul Hill. Actually James Worley, an elder of the Mt. Home congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses officiate.
