April 11, 1920 - May 26, 2017

Christine Kildow, 97, of Black Rock passed away Friday, May 26, 2017 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. She was born on April 11, 1920 in Black Rock to James and Margie Bolen Fleming. She was an employee of Lawrence Memorial Hospital for many years, and was a member of New Life Full Gospel Church in Black Rock.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Lawrence Edward Kildow, Sr.; infant daughter, Barbara Francis Kildow; brothers, Amos Fleming and Walker Fleming; sisters, Loreta Robertson and Inis Ratliff; and grandson, Jeromy Kildow.

Survivors include sons, Lawrence Kildow (Becky) of Black Rock; daughter, Rita Casto (Steve) of Shreveport, Louisiana; brother, Wilbur Fleming (Dee) of Byhalia, Mississippi; grandchildren, Jeff Kildow (Teresa), Jennifer Roberts (David), Ashley Burriss (Matthew), and Kristin Casto; great grandchildren, Travis, Jacob, Brook, Garrett, Ryan, Thomas, Joshua, Maddox, and Emery; and great- great grandchildren, Bentley and Ayden.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 9:30 – 11 am at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge. Funeral will follow at 11 am in Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Wayne Bryant and Chad Burton officiating. Burial will be in Oak Forest Cemetery in Black Rock, Arkansas.
