Maxine Rogers, 70, of Alma passed away Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011, in a local nursing home. She was a homemaker, a member of Chastain Church of Christ and a member of the Eastern Star Remy Chapter No. 260. She was born July 23, 1940, in Roland. She was preceded in death by her father, Vernie Redden.
Service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Chastain Cemetery Arbor with burial at Chastain Cemetery in Alma.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Rogers of the home; two sons, Sammy Rogers of Rudy and Jimmy Rogers Jr. of Fort Sill, Okla.; her mother, Anna Redden of Roland; sister, Gail Price of Bixby, Okla.; and nine grandchildren.
