This field stone is positioned adjacent to the grave of James Z. Doan. Although undocumented, it is very likely that this grave is that of Louisa Davis Doan (b. ca. 1857; d. 16 Jun 1938), wife of James Z. Doan (marr. 31 Jan 1878); daughter of James M. and Susan Strickland Davis.
