Ernest Dwight Teegarden, 59, of Jordon, died Wednesday (Jan 20, 1993) at Baxter County Regional Hospital.
Services will be at 2PM Friday at the Galatia Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Rex Middleton officiating. Gravesider services will be by Norfork Adams Masonic Lodge No. 164 at the Galatia Cemetery.
Mr. Teegarden, a heavy equipment operator, was born Jun 20, 1933, at Old Joe, son ov Virginia and Otto Teegarden. He had lived in the areal all his life. He was a Protestant and a member of the Norfork Adams Masonic Lodge No. 164.
Survivors include his father, Otto Teegarden of Old Joe; His wife Martha Taylor Teegarden of Jordan, three sons, Earnest Teegarden, Jr and Herman /teegarden, both of Old Joe, and Willis Teegarden of Jordan; a daughter, Rudean Teegarden of Arkana; two brothers, Ed Teegarden of Dolph and Noeel 'Shorty' Teegarden of Norfork; and six sisters, Sally foster of Norfork, Jess Napier of Old Joe, Gay Lucy of Old Joe, Lena Parnell of Salesville, Cheryl Moore of Jordan and Rosie Stapleton of Calico Rock.
He also is survived by eight granchildren and one great grandchild. Mr. Teegarden was preceded in death by his mother and a sister.
Pallbearers will be James Bob Cox, George Clark, Phillip farmer, Jerry Moody, Roy Lee Dickerson and Rovert Skidmore.
Honorary pallbearers will be Udell Southard, Scott Moss and Dolan Acklin.
