Graveside services for Curtis J. Greer, 31
Graveside services for Curtis J. Greer will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow at the Galatia Cemetery. The Rev. Charles Davis will officiate. Visitation will be today from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Roller Funeral Home in Mountain Home.
Pallbearers will be Tim Jeffery, Dale Greer, Greg Greer, Larry Havener (sp), Jerry Greer and Darin Greer.
Mr Greer, 31, died Wednesday at Poplar Bluff, Mo., where he had been a resident for the past seven years. He had been a lifetime resident of Norfork. he owned and operated a Pearl Vision Center at Poplar Buff. He was a Protestant and a member of the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
Born June 13, 1953 at Mountain Home, he was the son of Edna Lane Greer and Thurlo W. Greer of Independence, Mo. He and the former R. Nadine Adams were married on March 17, 1973 at Norfork. Other survivors include two daughters, Misty M. Greer and Amanda J. Greer, both of the home; one brother, Kenneth W. Greer with the U.S. Air Force in Iceland; his grandmother, Zelph Dickerson of Jordon and two nieces.
(He died from drowning in a boating accident.)
