After about an hour search, the one grave for which this cemetery is named could not be located. A local resident related the following story. Supposedly, at the turn of the 20th century, a man travelling through the area knew the people who lived at this location and asked to spend the night. While there. he became ill and passed away. The owners of the property buried him behind their home. The grave is unmarked, except for a rock marker. The person relating the story has actually seen the grave and believed it could be found. Unfortunately, the area is just overcome with briars and brush. It is private property.
