LINCOLN (Special) - Wyette Stephen Cheatham, 75, died at Prairie Grove hospital yesterday evening. Born August 9, 1885 at Lincoln, he has been a life-long resident of the area. He was a member of Holiness Church.
Survivors are the widow, Carrie, of Lincoln; five sons, Cecil of Stockton, Calif., Wayne W. and Davie J. of Lincoln; Junior L. of the home and Lloyd R. stationed with the U.S. Navy; three daughters, Mrs. V. Kyle of Sallisaw, Okla., Mrs. Floyd Lowe of Armington, Mont., and Mrs. Fred Bottoms of Belt, Mont.; one step-daughter, Mrs. Ray McGowan of Stockton; 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; one brother, George M. Cheathan of Lodi, Calif. and an aunt Mrs. Rebecca Moore of Hulbert, Okla.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Luginbuel Funeral Home of Lincoln.

PRAIRIE GROVE (Special) Funeral services for Wyette Stephen Cheatham, 75, who died Friday, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Holiness Church in Lincoln, by the Rev. Ace Case, assisted by the Rev. Ralph Fox. Burial will be at the Cheatham cemetery under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove.
