This cemetery is located on Gum Tree Road off of State Hwy 369 between Center Point and New Hope. There is no identifying sign.
From the junction of US Hwy 278 and State Hwy 26 in Center Point follow 26 east to State Hwy 369. Turn north on 369 and travel approximately 5 miles crossing the Briar Plant railroad tracks and passing the plant entrance. Turn east onto Gum Tree Road and travel approximately one mile. Polk Cemetery is on the right. Westfall Loop turning north can be seen just past the cemetery entrance.
