Johnnie Evelyn (Bough) Tiffee the daughter of Clyde Bough and Christine (Willis) Bough.

Johnnie Evelyn Tiffee

ALICIA -- Johnnie Evelyn Tiffee, age 80, of Alicia passed away early Monday morning at NEA Medical Center.

Born March 23, 1927, in Gilmore, Texas, the daughter of Clyde and Christine Willis Bough, Mrs. Tiffee was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.

Mrs. Tiffee was united in marriage to Mr. Eugene Tiffee who preceded her in death. Mrs. Tiffee was also preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Pat Bough.

Mrs. Tiffee is survived by three daughters, Gladys Hibbard of Rockford, Ill., Carolyn Watts of Horn Lake, Miss., and Gail McGonigal of Alicia; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many friends and relatives.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, at Stranger's Home Methodist Church near Alicia.

Those serving as pallbearers will be Sam Hood, Clayton Graves, Tim Jones, Ray Mosley and Keith Stratton.

Interment will be in Stranger's Home Cemetery near Alicia under the direction of the Bryan Funeral Home of Hoxie.

Visitation will be from 6-8 this evening at the Bryan Funeral Home.
