Funeral services for Carol Bradshaw of Mountain Home, AR, will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 24, 2010 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Mike Haney officiating.
Visitation will be from 5-8 P.M., Saturday, January 23 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel.
Carol died Wednesday, January 20, 2010 in Mountain Home at the age of 74. She was born Thursday, February 7, 1935 in Wheeler, Texas, daughter of Arvle and Elva Wood Moore. She married Harlan Bradshaw on May 18, 1957 at Merced, California and retired from Baxter Lab where she was an insurance clerk. Carol lived in Mountain Home since 1962, moving from Merced, CA. She enjoyed gospel music and singing with her family. She was a pianist and piano teacher and played at Wises Chappel Landmark Missionary Baptist Church for many years. She loved animals, working with the children at her church, teaching the youth choir, and studying the Bible.
Carol Bradshaw is survived by her husband, Harlan Bradshaw, 3 sons, Keith (Kim) Bradshaw of Hot Springs, AR, Michael Bradshaw and Harlan Donnie Bradshaw, Jr. both of Mountain Home, AR, 1 daughter, Karen Bradshaw of Mountain Home, AR, mother, Elva Moore of Mountain Home, AR, 1 brother, Noel (Pauline) Moore of Mountain Home, AR and 5 sisters, Darlene (Bill) Brown of Tehachapi, CA, Joan (Charles) Cooper of Thomasville, NC, Lynda (Ronnie) Morris of Pryor, OK, Vida (Jim) Biggers of Mountain Home, AR, Gail (Randy) Callahan of Mountain Home, AR, 2 Grandchildren, Jacob and Kristi Bradshaw, and many nieces and nephews.
