Married (1) Frona Ann Hill, about 1871-1872, Arkansas, & divorced April 1910.
Married (2) Mrs. Julia Catherine Cantwell Wagers, April 26, 1910, Baxter County, Arkansas.
The Baxter Bulletin, Mountain Home, Arkansas, January 12, 1923:
F. H. Cox died at age 80, last week at the home of his son Craf Cox. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery.
(Note: Gravestone has birth year as 1841, and some accounts list it as 1849, but most give it as 1847. Family historians indicate that Fielding Hurst Cox may have been married prior to his marriage to Frona Ann Hill, but they can find no record of it.)
