GOLDIE M. WARREN, a resident of Berryville, Arkansas, was born February 12, 1915, in Booneville, Arkansas, a daughter of William L. and Lizzie Idella (Dempsy) Johnson. She departed this life Monday (September 9, 2002) in Berryville at the age of 87.
Mrs. Warren was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist Faith and a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Rebecca Lodge.
She is survived by four sons, C.W. Warren of Berryville, Robert G. Warren of West Plains, Missouri, Herbert L. Warren of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and Jimmy C. Warren of Tulsa, Oklahoma; three daughters, Susie I. Moss of Hulbert, Oklahoma, Velma R. Campbell of Farris, Texas, and Darlene F. Tanner of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one sister, Wilma J. Key of Oslesby, Texas; thirty-five grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; many other relatives and a host of friends.
On March 31, 1933, she was united in marriage with Arthur C. Warren who preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Baford W. Warren.
