Rev. Garrett is the person who established a commune, "The Colony," near the McCarroll Family Cemetery. He instructed members of the commune to hold a three-day vigil at his gravesite at the end of which he would rise from the dead.
These are front and back views of the gravestone. The back is engraved with a dove in flight etched into the second segment from the top and a sunken relief heart in the third segment.
