August 22, 1954 - July 31, 2009
Linda Gail Sellars, age 54, passed away July 31st, due to having Cancer. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, at Henderson First Baptist Church in Henderson, Arkansas. She will be laid to rest alongside her parents and sister at East Oakland Cemetery in Mountain. Home, Arkansas.
Linda was born on August 22, 1954, in Knoxville, Tennessee. She lived most of her life in Kansas City, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy Stanislawski and Charles Brackett, her husband Mark Sellars, Jr., and her sister Vicky Brackett.
She is survived by her sister and three brothers Debra Walker, Micheal Brackett (both of Henderson, AR), Ronald Brackett (Tipton, MO), Steve Brackett (Columbia, MO), several beloved nieces and nephews, her life partner James Clark (Kansas City, MO), her two daughters Melinda Sellars-Barrientos (Independence, MO), Marcia Sellars (Kansas City, MO), her only son Mark Sellars, III (Kansas City, MO), her daughter-in-law Linda Sellars (Blue Springs, MO), her son-in-law Jose Barrientos (Kansas) and her four adoring grandchildren, AshLynn and Mark Sellars, IV and William and Jose Barrientos.
The family would like to say Thank You to Saundra and all of the staff at Crossroads Hospice for their love and support.
