ILLNESS FATAL TO BETTY LOGUE
Betty Jean Logue, 8, died at the home of her parents, Rev. and Mrs. Ewell Logue, in south Fayetteville, Saturday night after a two-day illness.
Funeral services ere held at Buckner church at 2 p.m. today, with interment in Evergreen cemetery. Rev. Norman Drake was in charge of the service. Active pallbearers were George Smith, Vigil Farmer, Earl Bloyd, Kenneth Caudle, Noah Robbins and Otto Drake. Honorary pallbearers were the child's uncles: Willie, Raymond, Eugene and Anton Logue, Paul Condra, Elmer Parker and Don Drake.
The child, born April 16, 1929, is survived by her parents; two sisters, Billie Lee and Carolyn Lou; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Condra and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Flora Logue.
