SULPHUR SPRINGS — "T.J." Culbertson Jr., 17, of Sulphur Springs died July 29, 2000, at Gravette. He was born Sept. 26, 1982, to Terry Joe Culbertson Sr. and Lori Nelson-Merchant. He was a student at Gravette High School and enjoyed music.
Survivors include his mother of Sulphur Springs; his stepfather, Earl Merchant of Sulphur Springs; his father of Sulphur Springs; one sister, Lauren Culbertson of Sulphur Springs.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Gravette High School gymnasium. The Rev. Larry Weihe will officiate.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Gravette.
