January 7, 1880 - April 5, 1972
Mrs. Mary Southall Greene, aged 92, of Fordyce, died Wednesday. Survivors include two sons, Aubie and Odwin Southall, both of Fordyce; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Courtney of Indiana and Miss Alma Greene of Little Rock, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Benton Funeral Chapel here and burial will be at Oakland Cemetery. (Arkansas Gazette - April 7, 1972)_
