Funeral services for William Feldred Holloman, 86, who died at his home near Advance, December 6, were held December 7, at the Burnt School with the Rev C.F. Maudlin officiating. Burial was in the Burnt School Cemetery with the Roller Funeral Service in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Holloman was one of the pioneer farmers of this county. He was born in Baxter County in 1860 and spent his entire life here. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Emily Holloman; one son, George and two step sons, W.G. Stewart and Henry Stewart.

Funeral services of Mrs. Emily Holloman, 80, who died Monday of last week at the Baxter County Community Hospital in Gassville, were held Thursday at the Burnt School House with the Rev Marldin officiating. Burial was in the Burnt School House Cemetery with the Yeller-Barber Funeral Service in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Holloman was born at Advance in 1868 and spent most of her life in that community. She was the mother of George Holloman, postmaster at Advance.
